A solemn meeting devoted to the 20th anniversary of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan and a festive concert for the Day of Motherland Defenders was held in the Central Concert Hall "Kazakstan", Astana.






President of the country - Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Nursultan Nazarbayev attended the event to congratulate those who guard the peace and tranquility of our country.

Minister of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan Adilbek Dzhaksybekov opened the festive events.

Day of Motherland Defenders is really a national holiday. Indeed, in almost every family in Kazakhstan there are those who serve or served in the Army.

It should be noted that the Kazakhstani Army has much to be proud of. And it concerns not only military skills, but also creative sphere. Military amateur talent groups of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan took part in the celebration program this day.

Defender of the Motherland had always been, is and will be a worthy role model. Patriotism, love of Motherland, service to Motherland had always been the main yardstick of national pride. The main objectives of the festive events are the patriotic education of the young generation, peace building and reconciliation.

By the end of the concert which has become a bright and memorable event for many, it became obvious that the festive event had a success. All the participants of the event came out on the scene under the confetti bursts out, and again there sounded congratulations with the Day of the Motherland Defenders!
