Today in the frames of preparation for the exhibition of weapons systems and military equipment «KADEX-2012" there were conducted Air Force training flights in the Astana sky.
Minister of Defence, generals and officers of the Ministry of Defence were watching training flights.
During the exhibition Air Force aviation will be a significant component of the upcoming event.
A large number of aircraft will be presented in the exhibition on the ground. Large air show program in the sky is scheduled as well. Along with the Kazakhstani Air Force aerobatic teams "Sunkar", "Zhetysu" and "Alatau" there will be conducted flights of aerobatic team "Russian Knights" of the Air Forces of Russia.
The composition of participants of the ground concert which will be held during the second International exhibition of weapons systems and military equipment «KADEX-2012" has been defined.
Military bands of Germany, India, Tajikistan, Polish Navy and military band of the USA in Europe – NATO band will participate in the ground concert.
The Kazakhstan side will be presented by a combined military band. It will consist of brass bands of the Regional Commands "Yug" and "Vostok", Military Institute of Radio Electronics and Communications, Military Institute of the Land Forces. President brass band of the Republican Guard and Central Military Band of the Internal troops of the Ministry of Interior Affairs of Kazakhstan will also take part in the concert program.
Within the exhibition «KADEX-2012" there will be held an International Brass Band Festival. And on the final day of the exhibition, on 6 May, brass bands will make a march parade along capital’s avenue. For the first time in the history of Astana residents and visitors will be able to watch the colorful musical performance, participants of which will be foreign and domestic military bands.
Meanwhile, preparations for the second International exhibition of weapons systems and military equipment «KADEX-2012" went to the finish line. There are five days remained. Currently, the number of exhibitors exceeded 250 companies from over 20 countries worldwide.
